These terms cover your use of likemagic.org and the automation services Like Magic provides. By using the site or our services, you agree to them.
Who we are
Like Magic (“we,” “us”) designs, builds, and maintains automations for small businesses. You can reach us at hello@likemagic.org.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to book a call. Please don’t misuse it: no automated scraping, no attempts to break or overload it, and no false information when booking. We may decline or cancel a booking at our discretion.
Our services
The details of any paid engagement, including scope, price, and schedule, are set out in a separate written agreement or invoice. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
- Fees. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Apart from the satisfaction guarantee below, fees are non-refundable for the month already paid. Prices on this site are introductory and may change for new clients; we’ll give existing clients at least 30 days’ notice before any change.
- Satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your first month of service, tell us before your second month begins and we’ll refund your first month’s fee in full. The guarantee applies once per client, to the first month only.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Service continues through the end of the month you’ve paid for.
- Your accounts. Automations connect to accounts and tools you own. You’re responsible for keeping those accounts in good standing and for giving us the access we need. You can revoke our access at any time.
- Third-party tools. Our work depends on software from other companies. We aren’t responsible for their outages, price changes, or changes to how their products work, though we’ll help you adapt.
- Your review. Automations do what they’re set up to do. Please review what we build, tell us promptly if something looks wrong, and keep your own records for anything legally or financially important.
Ownership
You own your business data, and if you leave, we’ll help you export it. The automations, tools, and methods we use to provide the service belong to Like Magic and run while your service is active.
Confidentiality
We treat what we learn about your business as confidential and use it only to provide our services. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimers
The site and services are provided “as is.” We work carefully, but we don’t promise that any automation will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will produce a particular business result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we’ll let active clients know by email.
